Ela Rose is the beautiful new dance revelation of Romanian music. Manuela Cherejy, who is known as Ela Rose, debuted on Romanian’s music market with the single produced by David Deejay, "I can feel." She was born in Romania, in a little town from Bihor County, named Stei. She was passionate about music since she was a child, during childhood she was part of the school choir. During the four years of high school, she practiced volleyball. Her life changed in 2008, when, at a local event in her home town, she met David Deejay, a well-known Romanian producer. David Deejay, on his real name Adi Colceru, was amazed by her vocal talent and immediately proposed her a musical featuring. The 18-year old girl was thrilled that she would have the chance to work along a very good Romanian producer and she accepted the offer. Thus, Ela Rose project was born and her first single ‘I can feel’ was released in March 2009.. After high school, Manuela Cherejy moved to Bucharest where she currently studies journalism, but still continues the prolific collaboration with the music producer David Deejay. Ela Rose project wanted to be something different than the present sound from the Romanian music market, and the success of her first single "I Can Feel" proved this. The "I Can Feel" hit single, released in March 2009, was produced by Adi Colceru, being his first project realized at his DAV7 Production studio. The song met a great success, being broadcasted on heavy rotation on almost all the radio stations in Romania. The single topped the all music charts, outmatching very known artists on the music scene. Moreover, "I Can Feel" was named "Record of the Year 2009" at Vibe FM, one of the most important clubbing dance music stations in Romania.
David Deejay and Ela Rose shot a video for their first musical collaboration. It was filmed in the Hungarian capital, Budapest, and it was directed by Dragos Buliga, a leading Romanian director. The video was released in June 2009. Ela Rose's first single also plunged to top positions into international charts. The song was broadcasted in almost every country of Europe. Even the famous label Ministry of Sound included "I can feel" in their playlist. Already an music brand in Romania, Ela Rose has released her second single in 2010 titled "No you, no love." It is also produced by David Deejay, the song's lyrics are written by Ela Rose, who has composed over time for many Romanian artists, being passionate about poetry and philosophy. The song "No You, No Love" has been very well received by the public even since the beginning and it promises the same success as the smashing hit "I Can Feel." The 3rd single was released in 2011, called "Lovely Words", produced also by David Deejay, lyrics by Ela Rose. "Lovely Words" has enjoyed a great success throughout Europe, India and not only, ranking # 1 among a lot of radio stations. 2012 followed by a new track feat David Deejay, called "I'm Done".
