ShqipE di fort mirë, se nuk do t'shkruaj rima,
kjo penë që pahir m'ka mbetur n'dorë,
shërbëtorët e djallit s'mund t'i quaj dasmorë,
po t'njejtë do t'mbesin, k'to vargje do t'i marrë fryma.
Sa m'përket mua pra, le të rrënohet,
Piramida e Keopsit,
le t'i ndërrojnë vendet Parisi e Moska,
le të vjellë plot vrer me vrull Vezuvi.
