Ky materiali muzikor është bërë i disponueshëm tek shikuesit i ilustruar mjaft mirë me videoklip muzikor, i cili u publikua me datë 14 Dhjetor 2013. Për vijën melodike dhe për arranzhimin është përkujdesur Florent Boshnjaku, teksa autore e tekstit është Donna Dafi. Lampedusa është ishulli më i madh në Detin Mesdhe ku përfundojnë shumë refugjatë nga Afrika që mësyjnë Evropën për një jetë më të mirë. Shqiptarja me prejardhje nga Kosova, me këtë këngë synonte ta përfaqësonte shtetin gjerman në Festivalin Evropian të Këngës "Eurovizion". Blogu për Eurovision Song Contest në Gjermani, e ka përzgjedhur këngën e Dafinës në mesin e tri këngëve të preferuara që ia vlen të dëgjohen në mesin e 800 këngëve konkurruese për festivalin evropian të këngës.
